 A contract between you and your customers is comparable to the one in your Terms and Conditions section.  Your clients must abide by your rules as you provide them with information and services. 

Typical clauses in a terms and conditions agreement give you the following rights: 

• Conduct financial transactions, as well as service cancellations and withdrawals. 
•  Manage customer expectations, such as liability for errors in information or website downtime.
• Describe your copyright guidelines, including those regarding attribution, adaptation, commercial versus non-commercial use, etc. 
• Note any other conditions that contribute to your protection, yours or that of your public.
